2016: 23rd edition of the Bayeux-Calvados Prize

A few days after the close of the 23rd edition of the "Bayeux-Calvados" Prize, here are the laureates.
The "Bayeux-Calvados" prize honours war correspondents each year for their reporting on conflict situations. This year the prize, which closed on 9 October, included reportages filmed in France following the 14 July attacks in Nice or the 13 November attacks in Paris.
For this 23rd edition, the jury was chaired by , former senior reporter, winner of the Albert-Londres prize in 1972, and columnist for "TéléObs."
The Photo Trophy – Nikon Prize
Among the 11 prizes awarded (read the full list below), Greek photographer Yannis Behrakis was doubly honoured (with the Photo Trophy — Nikon Prize and with the Public's Prize) for his reportage on migrants titled "The Persecuted" (Reuters).
Usually, I cover wars and when I come home I feel like I'm coming back to paradise. This time, war came to me.
