Two new Bergger B&W films available

Announced in November 2016, Bergger's two black-and-white films are now available for sale.
Excellent news from the French company Bergger: two new black-and-white films. A piece of news as good as the announcement of the return of the legendary Ektachrome. Unlike the US firm, the French at Bergger are already offering both films for sale!
Bergger Pancro 400
Already available in 4×5, 5×7, 13×18 and 8×10, the Pancro 400 is now available in 120 and 35mm (36 exposures).
The Pancro 400 is made up of two emulsions based on silver bromide and silver iodide, which differ from each other in grain size. This allows the film to achieve an extremely wide exposure latitude. The crystals are precipitated by a computer-controlled double-jet process. Both emulsions are panchromatic and stabilised through some of the most sophisticated systems. Developed in all common developers, the Pancro 400 yields interesting results — in fineness of grain, rendering of detail, and richness of greys. Development times are available in the spec sheet that can be downloaded at the end of this post.
We've seen results when the Pancro 400 is pushed to 1600 ISO, and the outcome is magnificent.
On price, the Pancro 400 costs €6.46 for 35mm and €6.10 for 120.
Bergger in detail
The company
Heir to the more-than-century-old tradition of Guilleminot, Bergger is the last French company specialising in the production of photosensitive surfaces. Born in 1995 out of the will of Guy Gérard, a Guilleminot chemical engineer, and Daniel Boucher, an economics expert, Bergger has managed to weather the digital tidal wave and establish itself as a leading brand in the film-photography market.
The Bergger range is wide enough to cover all the needs of demanding photographers. Films, papers and chemistry — every product has been formulated with extreme attention to quality. As a result, Bergger Pancro 400 is probably one of the most technologically advanced shooting films on the market.
