As my grandmother used to say: “every cloud has a silver lining”. Why not take advantage of the current period to improve your photography practice.
The Internet, and in particular Youtube, is full of resources allowing you to progress in photography, whether you are a beginner or a professional in search of inspiration.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of YouTube channels to consult:
Chris Bray Photography: Direction Australia with Chris Bray to understand the basics of photography.
The School of Photography: Managed by English Marc Newton, TSoP offers rich and accessible content in English that will make you want to learn or relearn the language of Shakespeare.
The Art of Photography: Created by Ted Forbes, this channel is limitless; history, material, retouching, composition, color, etc. Everything goes there. A gold mine !
Pixel Village: Lots of material subject here but also videos to optimize the use of your smartphone.
COOPH (Cooperative of Photography): Here we are talking about DIY photography with everything that comes to hand; it is also a great source of inspiration.
And if you have other recommendations, on Youtube or elsewhere, do not hesitate to leave a comment.
