The number of emergency operations in response to cyclones, floods, volcanic eruptions and epidemics is growing, while the impacts of climate change increases the vulnerability of the Indian Ocean islands. However disasters are no fate, they can be managed and reduced. As part of its advocacy for reducing disaster risk and adapting to climate change, the French Red Cross - PIROI and partners have asked us to create two films.
