The Malagasy Red Cross has, like other national societies of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, the heavy task of helping the poorest of the Malagasy population. Its activity covers a huge territory subject to climatic hazards increasingly destructive and deadly. On behalf of the French Red Cross, this report is part of a series of reports that began in 2010.
